The Correos de Chile app allows users to track their shipments from anywhere by simply downloading the application.
• Led the team towards a shared vision of creating an intuitive, appealing, and accessible user interface for the users of the new clinical record system of Panama's Social Security Fund during its redesign process.
• Implemented a Design Thinking-based workflow, allowing for effective identification of user needs and the generation of innovative solutions.
• Created and implemented a RACI matrix to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each team member, improving communication and collaboration, reducing conflicts, and streamlining decision-making.
• Conducted interviews with key stakeholders, such as medical leaders from each group, to understand their needs and expectations. The information gathered allowed for the identification of areas for improvement and project adjustments, achieving greater alignment among stakeholders and optimizing the project design.
• Implemented and adjusted the Design System.
• Fostered effective collaboration between design, development, and product teams to achieve a consistent and high-quality user interface.
