The Takeit app for Jockey Plaza and Larcomar in Peru allows users to scan and pay for products directly from their mobile devices, without waiting in line. It uses beacons to offer personalized promotions and enhance the shopping experience.
• Led the team towards a shared vision of creating an intuitive, engaging, and accessible UI for the new clinical record system of Panama’s Social Security Fund during its redesign process.
• Implemented a Design Thinking-based workflow, effectively identifying user needs and generating innovative solutions.
• Created and implemented a RACI matrix to clearly define team roles and responsibilities, improving communication and collaboration, reducing conflicts, and speeding up decision-making.
• Conducted interviews with key stakeholders, such as medical leaders, to understand their needs and expectations. The insights allowed for the identification of improvement areas and project adjustments, achieving better stakeholder alignment and optimizing project design.
• Implemented and refined the Design System.
• Fostered effective collaboration between design, development, and product teams to achieve a consistent, high-quality UI.
