By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku Noir, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
Sudoku Noir grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on devices you own or control, solely in accordance with these Terms.
The application offers an optional "Noir Pro" purchase via a one-time payment. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree not to use the application for illegal purposes, not to attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the application, and not to interfere with its normal operation.
All content in Sudoku Noir, including design, graphics, sounds, and code, is the property of Héctor Astete and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
Sudoku Noir is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication within the application. Continued use of the app after such changes implies acceptance.
